I can see where the installer put shims under the top side of the metal frame to try to get it out further.
My issue now is there is a 1 5 inch gap between the door sill and the storm door.
Resecure the frame to the rough opening with the retaining screws.
Loosen the screws holding the bottom extenders on the doorframe.
Shim it and nail it and hang the trim.
